Return Process

  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (Fedex) and instructions.
  3. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in the Fedex, using a traceable shipping method. Please retain a copy of your shipping confirmation.
  5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  • Original Shipping: If you received free shipping on your original order and the return is not due to our error, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
